Your Key To
Teacher Success

Survive and Thrive was founded by teacher leaders with 150 years of experience.
We bring that experience to each training.
What our clients say
The strategies given throughout each presentation were extremely helpful. It was also valuable to see the strategies put into action by the presenters.
Fifth Grade Teacher
I really liked the way the information was presented and it was constantly being reiterated. I thought everything was extremely valuable but what stuck out to me most was about constantly checking for understanding and not saying the incorrect answer out loud.
Middle School FCS Teacher
I enjoyed how all presenters were from a different perspective of education. All educators see things differenty and I appreciated the fact that each presenter was from a different angle of education and shared their experiences even if was not their topic. I took a lot from the training that I am implementing with my LS students. I have found that even the simplest things set the stage for the rest of the day.
Middle School Learning Support Teacher
Our Roots
Survive and Thrive was created out of a need. Your training team has 150 years of classroom, coaching, and administrator experience. Over the years, these experienced educators noticed that while colleges prepared students to pass exams to become certified teachers, colleges did little to prepare future educators for the reality of teaching in a public-school setting.
